The distinct characteristic of the apartment plan is that the floors cross on top of each other like blocks until the 24th floor. That is, the point of the design of the partial duplex plan unit (134㎡) is a double-story living room created by crossing type A and type B, and maximized light and ventilation is achieved by configuring a new concept plan such as a unit open on three sides to enjoy a spacious interior. The 134-square-meter plan is applied in buildings 101 and 102, with great views of the inner city to secure a wide-open view. Also, partial duplex households have a unique plan where the interior is a single story except for the living room, which is two stories. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the left when you enter the apartment, while the living room and kitchen are on the right, and the master bedroom and another bedroom is placed at the back after passing the living room and kitchen. This plan maximizes the frontage width of the living room, and more space can be secured when the living space is expanded to the balcony.
