Instead of just holding events, we set objectives and detailed plans from a medium and long-term perspective and are proceeding with CSR activities that can enable win-win growth with society.
Local welfare system
Instead of limiting it to certain districts, the headquarters is proceeding with a full range of CSR activities, while each construction site in Korea is proceeding with local CSR activities targeting nearby areas.
Full-range welfare activities
We do not restrict support targets based on age or nationality and include the children of families without parents, elderly people who live alone, the disabled, and foreign workers, and are developing extensive social welfare activities in this larger category of support for lower-income groups and the socially disadvantaged class.

Since its establishment in 1980 HL D&I Halla reaches out to the needy in society with the goal of “Making a More-harmonious World and a Brighter Society” which lead to provide social welfare services.
HL D&I Halla is expanding community awareness based on environmental improvements, welfare programs and social activities to improve its communities and local development that can support sustainable local economy.
HL D&I Halla provides culture and art programs for underprivileged children to establish healthy and creative communication with society.
HL D&I Halla provides medical care services to those are who not receiving medical benefits of health insurance; living alone seniors, orphans, foreign workers etc. The services such as health checkup, class for early symptoms detection are provided regularly for underprivileged to improve their health.
HL D&I Halla and Halla University are cooperating together to contribute for underprivileged families. This cooperation is to share the importance of welfare and CSR Activities from young and will bring out induce the proliferation, in the future.
Our aggressive investment and support are nurturing talented ice hockey players in Korea, improving the overall level of play, and expanding the infrastructure for winter sports. As a result, we are promoting a healthier, more dynamic society through sports activities.
HL Anyang Ice Hockey Club HL Anyang Ice Hockey Club won the Ice Hockey Asian League title four times (2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2015-2014, and 2016-2017), attracting the support of ice hockey fans inside and outside Korea. We also invite orphaned teens who are responsible for siblings to attend ice hockey games free of charge as a form of community service.
